A unique experience

The “Astronaut for a Day” initiative is an exceptional project, originally inspired by the Portuguese Space Agency, later implemented by the Luxembourg Space Agency following its example. 

Austria joins as a further country and provides this opportunity for those who dream of space and of slipping into the shoes of an astronaut.

The goal of the initiative? To create a class of astronauts for a day who will have the opportunity to live the unique experience of flying in zero gravity and will then become space ambassadors within their school community, to inspire and make people dream.
